Sr. Project Manager

Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end creative process internally to the agency beginning with kickoff and assignment of resources

• Ensure work is on track to be completed according to plan and scope adjustments are documented.

• Anticipate obstacles and mitigate risk within the project workflow. Reports to Director of Project Management or Sr Manager.

• Establish schedules and manage to milestones, including project kickoffs, internal creative reviews and handoffs between internal and external partners

• Assist with project scoping, leveling, and costs upfront; anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements on an on-going basis

• Utilize established agency tools for managing workflow, timetables, scopes and budgets

• Collaborate with Creative and Account management to assign resources to new projects and document and track progress

• Work closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure responsibilities are being transferred seamlessly from Project Management to Producers, when appropriate

• Ensure risks are mitigated in a timely manner and properly communicated and escalated across the organization;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 6 years experience in Project Management in a creative environment. Agency experience and knowledge across multiple media/asset types a plus.

• Clear understanding of project scope

• Effective timeline management

• Expense management of the project

• Effective, clear communication

• Stakeholder management on how projects are progressing

• Ability to assign tasks and monitor activities

• Drive to deliver top quality
